The libraries in them were also united, and the fund was transferred to the account of the university.

On June 20, 2006, after the announcement of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-381 "On organization of provision of information-library to the population of the Republic", since 2007 the university library has been providing information-library services.
